We are currently looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team at Nef’s Finds. The role involves handling end-to-end administrative and operational responsibilities, with a strong focus on logistics. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and executing day-to-day logistics tasks to ensure smooth order flow.
• Shipping and dispatching orders, ensuring timely deliveries across platforms.
• Managing customer requests and COD orders, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serving as the communication bridge between operations, customer care, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitoring order tracking, returns, and exchanges, and escalating issues where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems for logistics and inventory.
