Logistics ( Shipping, Fulfillment, B2B & B2C) Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Shipping (Parcel Delivery) & Fulfillment Services Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's Shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated logistics solutions. This is a sales-focused role with primary responsibility for business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Promote and sell transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and integrated logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with a strong focus on consistently meeting the monthly target.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage key customer accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven B2B & B2C sales experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Must have previous experience working for a logistics solutions company, 3PL provider, Shipping services company, or warehousing and fulfillment services provider.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and integrated logistics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer logistics requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a successful background in logistics solutions sales and business development. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen, an established professional network, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. This position is strictly focused on sales and business development; therefore, candidates with primarily operations-based experience and limited sales exposure may not be suitable for the role.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
