Job Title: Logistics Services Representative


Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing import/export documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process import/export documents in compliance with customs regulations.
  • Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to resolve delivery issues.
  • Process and update sales orders and logistics data in the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock transfers between locations.
  • Support return, replacement, and customer logistics inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records for shipping documents, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Technical Support) to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance .
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery timelines
