Job Purpose:
The Logistics Specialist will support project execution by managing the movement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment for PSP projects. This role ensures timely and cost-effective logistics operations in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for project sites, including customs clearance and documentation.

Manage transportation planning for heavy equipment and project materials.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare and review shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin).

Track shipments and provide status updates to project teams.

Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

Support cost optimization initiatives in logistics operations.

Handle logistics-related issues and resolve delays proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in EPC & Oil and Gas projects.

Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
