Logistics Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for managing the entire international import logistics process from Asia to the U.S. warehouse.
Key responsibilities include demand forecasting, shipment planning, inventory control, and RMA management.
Work closely across time zones with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and stable delivery schedules, cost control, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international import logistics operations, including documentation, customs declaration, and clearance procedures
• Coordinate shipments and receiving with factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and U.S. warehouse
• Forecast demand vs commitment and plan shipments accordingly
• Perform inventory control and data analysis using Excel
• Track shipment status and resolve delays, shortages, and exceptions
• Handle RMA request from Customer or Customer’s 3rd party
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stocktaking and audits
• Communicate with customers regarding logistics-related issues to ensure service quality
• Continuously optimize logistics processes, costs, and delivery stability

Qualifications

• Practical experience in international logistics or supply chain management
• Familiar with import logistics operations, Incoterms, U.S. customs regulations, and clearance procedures
• Experience in inventory management, stocktaking, and RMA handling
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Able to handle urgent matters across U.S. and Asia time zones
• Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
