✔ Track a load proactively (not reactively)
✔ Catch delays before they become problems
✔ Communicate clearly with carriers AND customers
✔ Keep accurate, clean updates in real-time

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring loads from dispatch to delivery
• Tracking drivers via ELD / tracking tools
• Communicating updates to customers and internal teams
• Identifying risks (delays, breakdowns, missed appointments) early
• Documenting everything accurately

Skills

• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, NVOCC operations, and transportation planning.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies or transportation delays.
• Strong analysis skills for demand planning, production planning (MRP), pricing strategies, and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners effectively.
