Logistics Specialist

Overview

TR3 Racing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support the coordination of inventory, shipping, procurement, and supply chain activities that keep our operations running efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that automotive parts, racing equipment, tools, and materials are available when needed to support vehicle builds, maintenance projects, and race-day operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of automotive parts, equipment, and racing components
• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure timely availability of materials
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams regarding logistics activities
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing and replenishment processes
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory transactions, and procurement activities
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and inventory issues in a timely manner
• Support warehouse organization and inventory control procedures
• Assist with logistics planning for racing events, including transportation of vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, shipping and receiving, or related operations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, motorsports, manufacturing, or transportation industries
• Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and supply chain best practices
• Experience with ERP, logistics, or warehouse management software
• Forklift certification or warehouse operations experience (a plus)
• Understanding of freight, shipping, and carrier coordination

Pay: $24.25 - $26.90 per hour
