Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee the movement, storage, and inventory management of critical equipment and materials within our data center and server room operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all assets are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with security protocols, contributing directly to the uptime and performance of our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of servers, networking equipment, and related materials.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking, storage, and distribution of data center components.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and maintenance teams to streamline supply chain activities and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety, quality, and data security standards.
• Oversee packaging, handling, and transportation of sensitive equipment to avoid damage and downtime.
• Develop and maintain logistics reports, audits, and asset tracking records.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and logistics partners for seamless operations.
• Support emergency and disaster recovery logistics, including backup hardware distribution.
• Utilize Tally (or similar accounting/inventory software) to manage stock records and generate invoices, where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics experience, preferably in data centers, IT, telecom, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
• Experience using Tally or similar software for inventory tracking and invoice generation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data center security protocols and handling sensitive equipment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and asset management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or engineering preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
