Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics activities including transportation, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth and cost-effective movement of goods, timely deliveries, proper inventory flow, and adherence to all compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Oversee warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, storage, and stock arrangement.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation (GRNs, dispatch notes, etc.).
• Monitor transport costs, vehicle schedules, and optimize delivery routes.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to maintain supply flow.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 + years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory/ERP systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
