Position: Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee import and export shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all import and export shipments from origin to destination
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of shipping and customs documents
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
• Supervise logistics staff and report shipment status to management
• Liaising with customs authorities and clearing agents
• Ensuring documentation accuracy (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
• Monitoring shipment costs and timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in import and export logistics
• Should have knowledge of accounts receivable, sales invoicing, purchasing processes, and related functions.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Ability to coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
