Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities1. Receiving Materials

• Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities and quality
• Check delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders
• Report any shortages or damages immediately

2. Storage & Organization

• Store materials properly (steel, fittings, tools, equipment)
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse/store
• Ensure proper labeling and identification

3. Inventory Control

• Maintain stock records (manual or system)
• Monitor stock levels and inform procurement when low
• Conduct regular stock checks / audits

4. Issuing Materials

• Issue materials to site or production based on request
• Ensure proper documentation (material request forms)
• Track material movement (in/out)

5. Logistics Support

• Coordinate with drivers for delivery and collection
• Assist in loading/unloading of materials
• Prepare materials for dispatch

6. Documentation

• Maintain records of:
• GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Delivery Notes
• Stock reports
• Ensure all documents are accurate and updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
