Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping and transportation documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Prepare documents for Dubai Trade customs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and update relevant departments on status changes.
• Review and reconcile shipping invoices and related documents.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in shipping processes.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding logistics requirements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics documentation or freight forwarding Dubai
• Must have Dubai Trade custom experience
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and freight forwarding procedures is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
