Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supply Chain Cost Controller to oversee financial planning, manage supply chain budgets, and align cost-control strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust financial insights that support growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Control Strategy: Develop and implement frameworks for cost optimization across logistics operations.
• Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for supply chain activities.
• Financial Analysis: Track KPIs, ROI, and cost efficiency metrics.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks in logistics operations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Partner with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align budgets with operational objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track supply chain costs, variances, and efficiency improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of financial analysis or cost control experience, with at least 3 years in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks and GCC logistics environments.
• Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and supply chain management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional logistics organizations preferred.

Pay: Up to QAR14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
