What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle shipment clearance, documentation, and compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, procurement teams, and internal departments
• Manage import/export procedures and liaise with customs & regulatory authorities
• Track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays
• Support procurement activities including PO processing & vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory, logistics, and procurement records
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, shipping standards, and supply chain regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement
• Preferably from a logistics, shipping, or trading environment
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance, import/export, and freight procedures
• Experience coordinating with suppliers & transporters
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
