Logistics Support Associate
Fresh Logistics is hiring a Logistics Support Associate!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports daily transportation and logistics operations by coordinating with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouses to ensure efficient shipment management and timely communication.
Job Type: Full Time
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote. Includes two evening shifts per week.
Wage: $23.00+ /hr, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid/Remote, after onsite training.

- Previous experience in transportation, logistics or dispatch preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficient with email, phone systems, and scheduling tools.
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently during assigned hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and manage the dispatch inbox.
- Conduct check calls and obtain status updates from carriers and drivers.
- Address customer questions, concerns, issues, and ETA requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related problems.
- Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
- Schedule delivery appointments and coordinate logistics activities.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
