What You'll Do:
As a Logistics Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—keeping the flow of our returns process running efficiently and ensuring every customer experience is smooth and reliable. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, manage carrier relationships, and make sure our logistics network performs at its best.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Coordinate return freight and logistics to support customer fleets and service centers.
  • Keep Systems in Sync: Ensure accurate data entry across internal and external technology platforms to support forecasting, analytics, and issue resolution.
  • Own the Process: Take full operational ownership of the returns management process for multi-use packaging fleets.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop relationships with logistics partners and support commercial agreements and negotiations.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Review, verify, and approve invoices to align with negotiated agreements—troubleshooting and escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Customer Service and Network Partners to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leverage Data: Generate and analyze return forecasts to optimize service center operations and decision-making.
  • Report & Improve: Prepare monthly transaction summaries and KPI reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Pitch In: Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • ​​ Minimum of ​1-2 years​ experience in logistics planning and coordination or relevant qualifications.
  • Understanding of logistics & supply chain (primarily domestic transport)
  • Practical experience of MS Office, particularly Excel.

What You May Be Doing:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
