Compensation Range: $32,900 - $49,400

What You’ll Do:

Assist Account Managers and Carrier Sales Reps in managing their day to day activities and operations. Maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing customers and carriers. Schedule or reschedule pickup/delivery appointments and provide tracking support. Provide necessary information to internal departments in order to meet service parameters required by the customer. Provide Account Managers and Carrier Sales with status updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Account Managers and Carrier Sales Reps with all information needed to properly execute plans.
• Maintain and further develop relationships through daily communication
• Provide excellent customer service by tracking pickups and deliveries
• Schedule and enter shipments and appointments into Mcleod
• Proactively provide tracking updates to customers, account managers, and carrier sales reps as assigned.
• Enter all necessary information into the TMS to ensure data integrity
• Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority
• Represent our customer when working with contracted carriers
• Act as a representative of all contracted carriers
• Identify and communicate ways Total Transportation can continuously improve in its operations
• Other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

Education

• College degree in business or transportation field is preferred

Experience

• Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience preferred

Skills/Certifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Ability to multitask required
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Attention to detail
