Logistics & Support Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and well-presented Logistics & Support Executive to support our hospitality and operational activities across multiple properties. The role includes guest transportation, running daily errands, collecting items from the market, and managing the movement of amenities between apartments.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license, have strong knowledge of local routes, and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide guest pick-up and drop-off services in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.

· Handle daily operational errands for management and the operations team.

· Collect and deliver items from markets, suppliers, and service providers.

· Manage the movement, restocking, and exchange of amenities between apartments.

· Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, fuel usage, mileage, and basic records.

· Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.

· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

· Support field tasks and urgent operational needs as assigned.

Requirements

· High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

· Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 2-LMV).

· Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and major routes.

· Good written and verbal English communication skills.

· Arabic language ability is a plus.

· Presentable, punctual, and professional behavior.

· Responsible and trustworthy with company assets.

· Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with internal departments.

· Basic record-keeping skills (fuel, mileage, delivery logs).

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience as a Driver, Operations Assistant, Logistics Runner, or similar role in the UAE.

· Experience in hospitality, facility management, or short-term rental operations.

· Familiarity with delivery routes, apartment navigation, and multi-location operations.
