Role Overview

The Logistics Support Supervisor will be responsible for supervising logistics operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate logistics support activities across multiple projects.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee inventory management, shipment tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports on logistics operations, costs, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Train and mentor logistics staff to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics coordination or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and regional logistics practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
