What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and assist with basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate and track routine service, repairs, and maintenance schedules for trucks and trailers
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, service history, and parts inventory
• Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and service vendors to ensure quick turnaround times
• Troubleshoot and help resolve fleet-related issues to minimize downtime
• Support compliance efforts by monitoring DOT standards and company safety policies
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assist with ordering parts, managing inventory, and performing minor repairs under supervision

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications like ASE are a plus)
• Experience in fleet maintenance, automotive support, or logistics operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and fleet management systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across teams
