Logistics Traffic Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Traffic Coordinator join our team. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities, monitor shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure the efficient movement of goods while maintaining high service standards.

Duties

• Coordinate transportation schedules, freight shipments, and delivery routes to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal freight costs.
• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouses, regarding shipment status.
• Track deliveries and resolve transportation issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records.
• Monitor freight costs and transportation efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet delivery requirements.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, or warehouse distribution roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
