Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Trainer to deliver industry-relevant training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Operations. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills aligned with current industry standards to students or professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on Logistics & Supply Chain concepts
• Cover topics such as:
• Basics of Logistics & SCM
• Transportation & Distribution Management
• Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Import–Export Documentation
• Customs, Incoterms & Trade Compliance
• Logistics Costing & Performance Metrics
• Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and real-time examples
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, PPTs, and assessments
• Conduct pre-assessment and post-training evaluations
• Support students with industry exposure, projects, and career guidance
• Maintain attendance, session reports, and feedback forms
• Coordinate with academic coordinators and management
• Ensure training aligns with industry and placement requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Operations / Business Administration
• Logistics or SCM certification preferred (CILT, APICS, IATA, etc.)

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of industry experience in:
• Logistics Operations
• Supply Chain Management
• Warehouse / Transportation
• Import–Export / Freight Forwarding
• Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Logistics & SCM processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts with real-world examples
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and basic ERP concepts
• Student engagement and classroom management skills
• Flexible and adaptable teaching approach

Preferred Candidates

• Trainers with college training / skill-development experience
• Candidates familiar with NSDC / Skill India programs
• Trainers available for weekday or weekend sessions

Compensation

• Competitive hourly or monthly remuneration
• Payment based on session hours / batch size / experience

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
