The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Logistics & Warehouse Executive who wouldn't just sit behind a desk but enjoys getting things done on the ground. If you’re someone who can manage stock in the system one moment, and negotiate with a transporter the next, you’ll fit right in. This role calls for someone with solid Inventory & Logistics experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in Hardware / Mechanical /Industrial equipment space) and the confidence to handle both paperwork and fieldwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
1) Keeping inventory levels accurate – system records, physical counts, and reconciliations
2) Running daily warehouse ops: Receiving, Storing, Delegating, Packing, Shipping the goods ensuring Inward and Outward Movements happen smoothly
3) Planning and executing PAN-India deliveries with smart route planning and scheduling
4) Building strong ties with suppliers, transporters, 3PL partners, and courier companies
5) Hitting the field when needed – meeting transporters, negotiating with market vendors, and ensuring everything moves as planned
6) Keeping the warehouse, equipment, and facility in Top Condition!

What We’re Looking For?
1) Hands-on experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain ideally in the Hardware, Mechanical Industry
2) Someone who knows their way around Inventory Systems and Logistics Planning
3) Street Smart, Strong Communicator & People Savvy
4) Comfortable working under pressure, solving problems, and taking charge on the field
5) A Few Must-Have Skills: Inventory Management, Logistics & Distribution Planning, Load Planning & Dispatch Scheduling, Transportation & 3PL Coordination
