Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Monitor store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance.
2. Staff Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary matters.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and improve customer feedback metrics to enhance service delivery.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store.
4. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring no overstocking or understocking.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
5. Sales & Profitability:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective store management and promotions.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and foot traffic.
6. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and store operations.
- Monitor and manage cash handling procedures and prevent discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing store operations, staff, and customer service.
