Description:
Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods. This role focuses on maximizing productivity, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating staff and resources to meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations and activities
• Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and storage systems
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Control costs related to labor, equipment, and materials
