(Logistics)Terminal Operator Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage driver pickup process, ensure accurate sorting and timely handover of parcels. Assist with common issues (mis-sorted, lost, or hard-to-locate packages). Enforce driver check-in/out compliance.
• Handle undelivered parcels from the previous day: return, re-sort, and re-assign. Ensure morning shift sorting and loading are completed on time.
• Track driver pickup data, resolve uncollected parcels, and coordinate with vendors on emergencies (vehicle breakdowns, absences). Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily dashboard, remind drivers of pending tasks, and plan notifications to improve delivery rate.
• Collect feedback from customer service and quality teams, record and score vendor performance, and prepare weekly reports to support optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Forklift (clamp type) and pallet jack operation a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
