Marketing Designer-Vulcan Signs

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.75/hour

Position Summary:

The Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, customer-focused visual designs that support both marketing initiatives and production needs. This role utilizes design software and creative tools to develop engaging graphics aligned with brand standards and customer specifications, while also assisting with production-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and design marketing and customer-facing materials based on order specifications
Develop visually engaging graphics that align with company branding and customer requirements
Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) to produce print and digital assets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and timely project completion
Prepare and adjust artwork for production and application processes
Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs
Support production and direct labor tasks as needed to meet operational goals
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of design experience in a marketing, or creative environment preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
Experience with large-format graphics or application processes
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
