Job Summary:

The YouTube Long Form Creative Producer & Strategist is responsible for the end-to-end creative and production of Peachybbies' long form YouTube content. This person owns the full pipeline: from researching and pitching concepts, to directing and filming on set, to overseeing thumbnail strategy and ensuring every video is packaged for performance. They work closely with the Director of Content Operations, on-camera talent, and contract editors to bring ideas to life with a high standard of creative quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creative vision for each video from initial concept through publishing.
• Conduct competitive and trend research to continuously source and develop video
• ideas.
• Use performance insights, audience signals, and competitive research to validate
• concepts and iterate on formats over time.
• Pilot and iterate on repeatable formats that can scale across the channel.
• Brainstorm, pitch, outline, and script all long form videos.
• Own thumbnail strategy end to end from concept to final approval.
• Guide thumbnail artist through feedback cycles to ensure high quality, polished
• execution.
• Execute Photoshop edits and minor revisions independently when turnaround time is tight.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with or for a creator-led brand or YouTube-native channel.
• A systems oriented mindset with a strong instinct for what makes a concept work for Peachybbies: ideas that incorporate brand identity, showcase the product in action, connect with our audience, and can scale across the channel.
• Familiarity with tools like Viewstats or similar YouTube analytics platforms.
• Experience directing and filming video content, comfortable managing on-set execution including camera, lighting, and audio.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a small team.
• Proficient in Photoshop with a strong understanding of thumbnail composition; comfortable editing and using AI tools to execute quickly and independently.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX and available to work in-person Monday through Friday

Work Environment/ Physical Requirements:

• Fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environment
• Regular use of computers, video editing software, and multimedia equipment
• Frequent communication and coordination with creative, content, and production teams
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer-based work
• Occasional lifting or moving of production equipment (up to 25 lbs)
• Work is performed in a combination of open office areas and a dedicated post-production suite
• Sensory-rich environment with exposure to video, audio, bright lighting, and colorful products
