  • Conduct primary and secondary research: read case law summaries, firm materials, interviews with attorneys, and reputable

secondary sources.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, marketing, and SEO specialists to develop content briefs and outlines.
  • Optimize content for SEO (keywords, headings, meta descriptions, internal linking) while maintaining natural readability.
  • Ensure legal and ethical compliance in marketing communications (no unauthorized practice of law, proper disclaimers).
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, grammar, and accuracy.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback from attorneys and marketing leads.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and performance based annual bonus.
  • Flexible work arrangements and supportive, collaborative team.

Requirements:
  • Excellent research skills and ability to interpret legal topics and synthesize information for non-lawyer audiences.
  • Strong command of grammar, tone, and storytelling for professional services marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with law firms, attorneys, or in legal publishing.
