My Boulder Babysitter + Nanny, LLC is currently hiring on behalf of a warm, busy, professional family in North Boulder seeking either a long-term Part-Time Afterschool Nanny or a Full-Time Nanny + Household Manager Hybrid to become an important and valued part of their household team.

Schedule Options

Option 1: Part-Time Afterschool Nanny
Monday–Friday
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities include school pick-up, transportation to activities, engaging and attentive childcare at home, snack preparation, and simple dinner prep until parents return home from work.

$26-30/hour DOE

Option 2: Full-Time Nanny + Household Manager Hybrid
Monday–Friday
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

This role includes approximately one hour of household management support prior to school pick-up and childcare responsibilities. Duties may include family laundry, tidying and organizing play spaces, meal prep, grocery organization/restocking, unloading/reloading the dishwasher, and assisting in keeping the household running smoothly for a busy working family. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and enjoys being a supportive, trusted presence within the home.

$28-35/hour DOE

About the Family
The family has a toddler and kindergarten-aged child and is seeking a dependable, engaging, emotionally intelligent caregiver who can grow alongside their family over the coming years. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safety-focused childcare
• Foster engaging, age-appropriate activities and play
• Support emotional development, creativity, and independence
• Assist with school pick-up and transportation to activities
• Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals for children/family
• Maintain organization and cleanliness related to the children and shared family spaces
• Communicate openly and professionally with parents
• Support daily routines and transitions in a calm, dependable manner

Qualifications

• Prior nanny, childcare, teaching, or household management experience
• Experience caring for children ages 2+ preferred
• Safe, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Warm, proactive, organized, and dependable personality
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification
• Strong references and clear background check required
