We are an expanding firm specializing in both residential and commercial projects, seeking a proactive individual with a hands-on approach and a determination to achieve results. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Principal of the firm and should possess a strong passion for design, creativity, and technical expertise. Additionally, this individual must demonstrate excellent skills in client and vendor relations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prepares presentation materials and graphics
- Organizes shared resources
- Assisting with preparation of presentations
- Researching product specifications
- Assisting with performing site measurements as needed
- Update resource library
- Contributes to the team effort through a spirit of cooperation
- Investigates design options
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic skills in Photoshop/Illustrator, PowerPoint and In-design or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- Must have own transportation with a driver's license
- Extreme detail orientation and excellent follow up
- Responsible/reliable with self-motivation and high-energy
- Proficiency in CAD is a must, Revit is a plus
- Professional demeanor & appearance
- Candidates must be working towards one and/or experience working in high-end or commercial design.
Details:
- Eligible for college credit
- AT LEAST 2-3 days/week in our office
- Stipen or accredited school credit
- IN PERSON only, long term internship
- No weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
