We are currently seeking interns who will be responsible for supporting the business processes in the related department in coordination with other team members. Interns will be located in Istanbul and Aksaray locations.

We offer internships in the following departments:

• Procurement Truck & Bus

Procurement Department controls the procurement process for bus and truck raw materials and parts. They control the relations with suppliers and evaluates new vendor options.The interns in our procurement department work closely with teams in Europe and Turkey, supporting buyers throughout the entire procurement process. They are responsible for maintaining supplier data, creating and tracking RFQs (Request for Quotation), preparing contract documents, managing purchase orders, conducting market and cost analyses, and contributing to process optimization efforts.

• Controlling

Controlling Department carry out financial analyses to provide input for long term strategical decisions. They analyze budget plans to achieve yearly/monthly targets.

• Truck Fleet Sales

Our interns will be able to conduct analyses related to truck sales and support us with reporting.

• Customer Services Technical Expertise Center Truck & Bus

Our interns in this department will support the team with layout design post-go-live, coordinating material flow with the logistics department, conducting risk analyses for the new location, mapping production processes, digitizing workloads, and contributing to Kaizen initiatives.

• Production

Production Department is responsible of efficiency, optimization of the processes in order to deliver Mercedes Benz bus &truck products on time. Production involves welding, dying, assembly and end-line finish processes.

• R&D

R&D Department’s role starts from developing the new product and continues until the feedback from first user and plans the improvements according to these feedbacks. Mercedes-Benz Türk has R&D Centers for both bus and truck operations.

• Valid enrollment as a university student during the entire internship period
• Business Administration or Engineering background preferred,
• Able to work 5 days in a week for min. 3 months period,
• Have a good knowledge of German, English and Turkish both written and spoken,
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills,
• Strong teamwork skills and multicultural awareness.

• This is a full time internship position.
