Long Term Marketing Intern

IBSS is a Business Analytics Consultancy firm established in 2006 and offering consulting, training and support services with an experienced team.

In IBSS, we have so far realized more than 100 wide-scope and successful analytics projects both in Turkey and abroad.

We are a multidisciplinary team who are able to work on a wide-range of analytics needs from different sectors and business lines.

We’re looking for a curious and motivated B2B Marketing Intern who’s excited to learn, grow and explore the world of marketing — especially in the B2B space.

General Qualifications

• You’re a 3rd-year university student and need to complete a mandatory internship,
• Proficiency in English,
• You’re curious about how B2B marketing really works behind the scenes,
• Strong MS Office Applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• You enjoy being part of a team and like sharing ideas,
• You’re organized, eager to learn, and quick-thinking when things move fast
• You’re genuinely interested in marketing, especially in tech environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting team processes by attending meetings and tracking task progress,
• Assisting in content creation for brochures, catalogs, presentations and other marketing materials,
• Conducting competitor research and reporting on industry trends,
• Contributing to B2B marketing strategies and campaign planning,
• Assisting with creative content development aligned with the brand’s identity,
• Assisting operational tasks during on-site and online events,
• Helping with day-to-day marketing operations (documentation, scheduling, coordination, etc.).
