Long Term Nanny for active family!

Location: San Mateo, CA

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Children: Boy, age 3, and girl, age 18 months

Compensation: $96,200 gross annually, via W 2 payroll

Driving: Required, must have own reliable vehicle

Commitment: Long term

This warm and welcoming family based in San Mateo, is seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny to grow with their household long term. They have two young children, a preschool-age boy and an 18 month old girl, and are looking for someone who will become a trusted, loving, and dependable partner in their children’s care. The family values consistency, warmth, and a genuine connection between their nanny and their children

This role is especially well suited for a nanny with a strong background in toddler care, as both children are at wonderful developmental stages that call for patience, creativity, and a confident, nurturing presence

The ideal candidate is nurturing, polished, highly professional, and genuinely excited to become an integral part of a loving family’s daily rhythm. A confident driver with strong toddler experience, a gracious presence, and a warm, engaging demeanor will be especially well suited for this role

Pay: From $96,200.00 per year
