This is a full-time, on-site role in Sialkot for a Clothing Manufacturer associate. The role involves overseeing and implementing production processes, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with clients to fulfill their brand requirements. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and supporting the overall growth of clothing production operations.

• Strong knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, production, and supply chain teams
• Experience in client communication, order management, and customization processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and production optimization
• Bachelor's degree in textiles, fashion design, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in clothing manufacturing and branding would be advantageous
