Job Scope:
- Plan and control activities relating to building maintenance and management
- Work with stakeholders to design Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) relating to the health and safety of residents and staff
- Assist in managing external vendors
- Track and monitor equipment, ensuring that they are functioning properly
- Manage IT matters and identify areas of improvement
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Estates Management / Real Estates / Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of prior experience in Operations for Degree holders and 6 years for Diploma holders
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
