Rana Dental is a privately owned, growth-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced restorative dentistry, Invisalign treatment, airway-centered orthodontics, and cutting-edge digital technology.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant, Orthodontic Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on experience, skills, and licensure, and may include:

• Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures
• Taking digital scans, clinical photographs, and patient records
• Fabricating, designing, and delivering CEREC same-day restorations
• Performing expanded functions within the scope of licensure
• Educating patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative care
• Assisting with orthodontic and airway-focused treatment workflows
• Maintaining organized treatment rooms and efficient clinical systems
• Supporting a positive, patient-centered clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active California DA, OA, RDA, or RDAEF license
• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong restorative dentistry knowledge and clinical skills
• Experience with digital dentistry technology and workflows
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
