Looking for Assistant Inn Keeper (Housekeeping / FrontDesk) , Housing Provided

Looking for a live-in person to do frontdesk and housekeeping . Training will be provided, No experience needed. Rent and utilities are in return for on call time. Starting May 1st. ~25-28 hours per week.

On-call some evenings per week. Computer/front desk experience is a plus. Must be agile and capable of a full day of housekeeping some days per week. Must have dependable transportation. Single individuals ONLY. No couples, families, children etc.

The lodge is 1 mile from the Mt Rainier Nisqually Entrance..

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Manage phone inquiries and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and address any concerns.
• Utilize computer skills to manage bookings and communicate with guests effectively.
• Uphold the lodge's standards of service and cleanliness throughout the facility.
