Looking for Barista/Cashier, and kitchen for TIGER SUGAR [DORAVILLE, GA]

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members to join our TIGER SUGAR as Barista/Cashier and Kitchen Staff. This role involves preparing high-quality milk teas and specialty drinks, handling orders, and supporting daily shop operations. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. All positions are paid roles, and we are committed to maintaining high standards for food safety, quality, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve milk teas, fruit teas, specialty drinks, and toppings (boba, jellies, etc.)
• Brew tea, cook boba, and prep ingredients following shop recipes and standards
• Operate the POS system accurately for order taking and payment processing
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling and transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink station, kitchen, and prep areas
• Assist with food prep and light kitchen duties when needed
• Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining drink quality and accuracy
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Previous boba, barista, or food service experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
• Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
• Team-oriented, reliable, and responsible work ethic
• Willingness to learn drink recipes and shop procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
