Who We Are

Endeavor HCBS provides in-home Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities across Arizona. We're known for doing things the right way-supporting our members, respecting our DSPs, and building a workplace where people feel valued and supported.

We're currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts in the Chino Valley area.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll support individuals in living safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives. Depending on the individual, your day may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines

• Helping with meals, hygiene, and light household tasks

• Supporting life skills and independence

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Encouraging community involvement and social activities

You'll never be "just a caregiver"-you'll be someone they trust and rely on.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine desire to help others

• High school diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation (some cases require driving)

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow care plans

Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, education, or childcare is a plus-but not required.
