Looking For DTG Printing Assistant in Screen Printing Shop – Immediate Hiring!

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing Assistant to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in professionalism, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate DTG printers efficiently to ensure high-quality, professional results
• Prepare garments for printing, including pretreating, loading, and curing
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure color accuracy and consistency
• Keep up with production deadlines in a high-energy, fast-moving workspace
• Perform routine printer maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Assist with packaging and shipping orders to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and professional attitude—punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Experience with DTG printing is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight] lbs
