Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals with experience in painting, remodeling, and landscaping to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering high-quality residential and commercial painting projects, executing remodeling tasks, and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert landscaping. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and remodeling by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed using hand tools and power tools
• Apply paints, stains, primers, and finishes with precision, utilizing airless paint spraying techniques when appropriate
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute renovation plans and landscape designs
• Perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, caulking, and fixture installation to support remodeling projects
• Execute masonry work including stucco application, concrete finishing, and basic masonry repairs for restoration projects
• Manage construction site safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members on project planning, estimating materials needed, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Skills

• Extensive experience in residential and commercial painting techniques including construction painting and industrial painting
• Strong knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and welding equipment for various construction tasks
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Skilled in plastering, masonry, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, and fixture installation
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring materials and project planning
• Hands-on experience with landscaping design elements such as planting, grading, fencing installation, and outdoor aesthetic enhancements
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for renovation projects including restoration work and general handyman tasks
• Ability to operate airless paint sprayers safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards
