Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing purposes
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively nightclub or fine dining setting
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn food preparation basics is appreciated
