Swiss Flow produces high-quality YouTube content, commercial ads, and social media videos for international clients. We focus on storytelling, retention, and premium editing not basic template work.

We are hiring a Professional Video Editor who can create engaging, high-retention YouTube and social media content..

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (finance, documentary, sports)
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and pacing effects
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and designers
• Maintain fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
• Organize project files professionally

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional editing experience
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good knowledge of After Effects
• Strong sense of pacing & storytelling
• Understanding of YouTube retention strategies
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Portfolio required (YouTube or commercial work)

Bonus Skills

• Experience in cash cow / YouTube automation niche
• Thumbnail understanding
• Basic color grading knowledge (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
