Looking for Retail Associates - All Shifts Night,Morning,Overnight

Position Summary
World of Smoke & Vape – Coral Gables offers a modern boutique-style retail experience specializing in smoke and vape products. Our store is known for its clean, organized, and professional environment that reflects the high-quality brands we provide. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service, professionalism, and working as part of a team.

This is a full-time role that requires weekend and holiday availability. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus sales commission. Candidates must be open to working overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support:
Assist customers in selecting smoke, vape, and CBD products, offer product recommendations based on their preferences, suggest complementary items, and deliver friendly and knowledgeable service.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about all products carried in the store, including their features and benefits, in order to guide customers accurately.

Inventory Duties:
Receive and organize incoming merchandise, restock shelves and displays, and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability and organization.

Store Upkeep:
Help maintain a neat, safe, and visually appealing retail space, including light cleaning and ensuring displays remain well organized.

Point-of-Sale Operations:
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and other payment types responsibly, and follow all cash management procedures.

Company Standards:
Follow store policies, maintain a professional appearance, and consistently provide the high level of service expected in a boutique retail setting.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated by sales
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Professional attitude with a strong customer-first mindset

Work Location: On-site / In person

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
