Looking for script writer for youtube videos

We are looking for a creative and reliable YouTube Script Writer to join our on-site team in Jhelum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, understand YouTube content trends, and know how to write engaging scripts that keep viewers hooked from start to finish.

You will be responsible for writing scripts for:

• YouTube long-form videos
• Informational, storytelling, and viral-style content

This is a full-time, on-site position only.

Responsibilities

• Write high-retention YouTube video scripts
• Research topics and trends for better engagement
• Create strong hooks and call-to-actions
• Edit and refine scripts based on feedback
• Work closely with the video editing and production team
• Meet daily/weekly script targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in YouTube or social media script writing
• Strong command of English (Urdu is a plus)
• Understanding of YouTube audience psychology & retention
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• On-site availability in Jhelum

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with cash-cow, storytelling, or documentary-style content
• Knowledge of AI tools for research
• SEO knowledge for YouTube titles & descriptions
