Looking Urgent SEO Manager (Min 5 Years Experience)

RedSpider Web Design Agency is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team remotely This full-time, on-site position involves creating and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical SEO expertise and creative problem-solving skills to deliver measurable business results and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation efforts.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages and blogs, following SEO best practices.
- Perform technical SEO audits and apply necessary enhancements to boost website performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report website metrics using analytics and SEO tools.
- Keep up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to integrate SEO recommendations.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective link-building methods.
- Identify new growth opportunities and suggest innovative strategies to expand organic reach.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in SEO, covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Practical experience in website analytics and performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress and Shopify.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
