• If you are at least a high school graduate
• If you can speak English at a good level
• If you have previous experience as a Store Manager
• If you have the ability to develop, motivate, and manage your team
• If you have individual sales experience
• If you have strong communication and coordination skills
• If you can adapt to the flexible working hours of the retail industry

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Take actions to enhance excellent customer service in the store, ensuring a superior shopping experience for every customer
• Implement and lead sales-driving activities and initiatives to maximize store performance and revenue growth
• Guide the team to meet daily/monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Recommend suitable products by understanding customer needs and expectations
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is always sales-ready
• Oversee daily operations including stock control, cashier processes, and visual presentation
• Train, support, and motivate your team to ensure consistent development
• Manage administrative and office tasks related to store operations
