Los Angeles: Part-Time House Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Part-Time House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. This dynamic role involves managing household activities, and ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to household management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a smoothly run home while providing exceptional service and support.

Duties

• Supervise residential cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping routines to maintain a pristine environment
• Oversee inventory management for household supplies, groceries, and personal items; coordinate shopping as required
• Occasional morning support like light breakfast prep and fresh juices may also be needed. I’ll provide all supplies. Not everything needs to be done daily—just handled consistently over the course of the week.
• Potential for house sitting and caring for my pets—walking and feeding my dog, feeding and spending time with my cats. This is a bonus, not required.

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, laundry, cooking, and basic administrative tasks
• Background in personal assistant roles or hotel/hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly yet professional demeanor
