Position Responsibilities & Purpose:
- Greet all Hilton Grand Vacations guests to the lounge providing warm greetings, assisting with their needs and wishing them a great day upon their departure.
- Ensuring the lounge is set and ready to go prior to opening and is properly maintained throughout the day.
- Responsible to have the food and beverage offering set properly, maintained during shift and properly broken down and cleaned up at the end of service.
- Assist and monitor guests consumption of beverages with set process and to verify guests room using the OnQ system and to post onto guest folio’s as needed.
- Make and retrieve requisitions from storerooms for all needed supplies. Stock and maintain the service equipment per set expectations.
- Clean and maintain guest seating area. Keep work area clean and organized.
- Answer phone and answer questions or relay requests as needed.
- Ensure the guest floors are properly bussed as needed.
- Assume the role of restaurant bus person or food runner as directed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
Position Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- 6 months of prior guest service experience are preferred. Hilton ONQ experience also preferred.
